Connect Eyecare requires payment in full for all prescription eyewear orders prior to orders being manufactured.
Our paperless system ensures that eyewear is manufactured to your precise individual requirements without delay. Because of that if you decide to cancel your order, we reserve the right to retain:

In instances where faulty eyewear cannot be replaced, a full refund will be given to the purchaser. Refunds will be issued via electronic bank transfer and will be sent by Starling bank within 28-days.
Connect Eyecare operates strictly within the guidelines set out within the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to adapt to your new varifocal lenses within a period of 90-days from the date of delivery & fitting, we will happily exchange them for either bifocals or separate distance and reading glasses. Refunds are not applicable.
